12 Ways to Tap Into Your Spirit Team’s Healing Powers

I’m a strong believer in using my spirit guides and angels, aka my spiritual entourage, team, support staff, whatever you choose to call them. I don’t use their help for only finding parking spaces—I solicit them for anything and everything. They love you beyond your wildest imagination and can be immensely beneficial in your healing.

Here’s a simple guideline for engaging their powerful and loving assistance in restoring your health.

1. Ask. Yes, it’s that simple. Ask in your mind for their aid otherwise they aren’t allowed to step in and intervene. Because it’s a free-will planet, they can’t voluntarily jump in until you ask. Delegate the healing process to them and let them guide you to health. Release your mind’s controlling desire to know how and when you will be healed.

2. Get to the root. Your angelic team won’t fix the alarm system (illness) going off in your body until you have gotten its message and rectified the reason the alarm (emotional and physical pain) went off in the first place. Solicit their help to discover the emotional core and where you are out of balance. 3. Be willing. Your spirit guides will not tell you that you must do something. They make suggestions only. It’s your choice. I highly recommend you follow their suggestions because they know the better path and what’s in your best interest in the bigger picture. Ask your guides to help you be more willing and easily allow these changes in steps towards creating vibrant health.

4. Focus on what you want. It’s a darn good idea to stop focusing on what you don’t want (pain, your disease) and focus only on what you do want (a healthy body). Ask your spirit team to help you let go of your mind’s fears, obstacles and limitations surrounding your health. Use your breath and intention to pull the energy of your guides into your body and merge with you. Engage their assistance as you visualize in your mind’s eye and feel your body already restored to energetic health.

5. Detach. Request your guides make it easier for you to detach from emotional triggers that create toxic responses from you such as guilt, stress or anger. Hand over the situation and ask them to help you find compassion or acceptance for the situation and everyone involved.

6. Listen. The more you quiet your chatty mind, the stronger you can feel their subtle, inner guidance. Stilling your busy mind in meditation for just 5-10 minutes a day is a potent way to access their wisdom and allow healing inner peace to flow through you more readily. Engage your team’s aid in finding time and effective ways to meditate each day.

7. Watch for signs. You know how once you decide to buy a particular car, you suddenly notice that model of car everywhere. It’s the same with signs from your spirit team. When you start paying attention, you’ll notice they’re always sending you guidance. One example is several people making the same suggestion. Take note as your guides may by directing you towards a particular herb, book, or practitioner which can accelerate your healing. 8. Take action. Enlist them to assist you in incorporating into your lifestyle their suggested steps towards health. If you need motivation to exercise, for example, invite them to help you find an enjoyable way to get moving, provide a walking partner or keep you energized.

9. Keep asking. Tell your spiritual entourage what you need every step of the way. For instance, request they help you be extra kind and patient with yourself as you break old patterns and create healthy new habits. You might summon their assistance to keep you in the present moment, and not fretting about the past or worrying about the future.

10. Love yourself. You don’t fight the disease which is simply a messenger showing you where you are out of balance. You love your body back to wellness. Call on your guides to help you develop ridiculously-high levels of self-love. Let them show you ways to be a better partner with your amazing body.

11. Stay tenacious. This is where a lot of us get in trouble. Most people fail to sustain their thoughts and actions long enough to see results. Your body is casting off and creating millions of cells every second. Parts of your body are replaced every day. Ask your guides to help you remain steadfast and positive on your path to wellness. Solicit their aid for you to maintain a strong sense of knowing and excitement that healing is taking place.

12. Express Gratitude. Your spiritual entourage is quietly supporting, guiding and loving you more than you’ll ever know. Thank your beautiful spirit team for their loving service to you. Send them some love and gratitude throughout the day. And how about extending love and gratitude to your extraordinary body while you’re at it.

Excellent website, as I shift from worldly glazed to engaged and I scan the silence of my being, searching for insight, truth, going beyond my comfort zone life sometimes brings a lacerating re – thinking and this is what I feel when I read your material a wholeness within my inner topography amidst an unchanging as if there is a whole other world yet to be discovered but first I need to somehow learn become uprooted and to let go of the voices that hold me down from the past, (the emotional and physical pains)… And learning to let go is not easy without a guide or help as all sides of life whiz by your site allows me to subtract what I want to move in a direction that is freeing. But yet still there is no ringing in my empty heart to what must be done to survive; however your site allows me a strengthening of focus on an empathic reflection of my life, past – present – and future…
