Most Effective 10 Minutes to Find Peace and Happiness

One of the most beneficial things you can do in your life is quiet your mind at least 10 minutes each day. Your mind is sometimes like a scratched vinyl record. The needle gets stuck. You keep playing the same thought pattern over and over and over.
