Most Effective 10 Minutes a Day

One of the most beneficial things you can do is to quiet your mind at least 10 minutes each day. Our mind is often like a scratched vinyl record. The needle gets stuck. You keep playing the same thought pattern over and over and over.

It's easy to lift the needle to reset your mind. Consciously stop the internal chatter and clear your mind by focusing on your breath. Follow your breath moving in and out of your body. Replace an unhealthy thought with a more positive one.

You become more peaceful. Your body gets rejuvenated. As your mind becomes less cluttered and busy, you'll feel greater peace, clarity and well-being.
