Reach Your Goals Easier by Using Your Intuition
Intuition is one of the most powerful tools available to you. Sometimes referred to as your inner guidance, sixth sense or gut instincts, your intuition is a means of deep knowing and certainty that doesn’t use the brain. Intuition is how your subconscious mind communicates information to your conscious mind. That’s why it’s such a remarkable source of inner wisdom.
We were much better at using our intuition in the past. In today’s civilization, most people are too busy to slow down enough to quiet the talkative mind and listen to our subtle internal “GPS”. It’s when we stop listening and lose touch with our inner guidance that we run into trouble.
Your intuition is designed to help you navigate easier through life. Whether you want to make the best possible decisions or resolve problems, you’ll achieve your goals faster and more successfully when you combine your intuition with a logical thought process.
Intuition Becomes Stronger the More You Use It
Intuition is a skill that everyone has to different degrees. Your intuition might speak to you as a flash of insight, hunch or idea. Your intuition may also be perceived physically, such as a feeling of relief throughout your body, goose bumps, or discomfort in your stomach.
Intuitive messages may come through your emotions. You may feel apprehension or distrust when you’re being guided away from something or someone. When you’re following your intuition, you’ll feel happier, peaceful, and life flows easier.
The important thing is to tap in and notice what’s going on inside of you. Like developing a muscle, the more you use your intuition, the stronger it gets.
You can also improve your intuition skills using any of the following suggestions.
Your Mind Thinks and Your Intuition Feels
Regular meditation is one of the most effective ways to connect to and strengthen your intuition. To develop your intuition, quiet your busy mind and “listen” to your inner wisdom for a minimum of ten minutes throughout the day.
If you need to access your intuition immediately but aren’t able to meditate, if possible take a few minutes to separate yourself from other people. Have the intention to engage your intuition. Clear your mind of distractions and turn your attention inward. Then feel; don’t think. Your mind incessantly thinks and is always chattering away. Your mind often argues with your intuition rather than trusting it.
Your intuition feels. To distinguish whether a thought is coming from your mind or intuition, try to differentiate whether you’re thinking or feeling.
Intuitive Messages Come Through Your Body
Your body is an excellent messenger for your intuition. When you have decisions to make, pay attention to your gut feeling. If you have an uncomfortable physical feeling about something, don’t ignore it. Your body will tell you when you aren’t with the appropriate person, in the proper place, or making the best choice.
Access Your Intuition Through Journaling or Writing
Journaling is another method to access your intuition and tap into your inner wisdom. It’s also an effective way to receive information and guidance from a higher consciousness. That’s why it’s a good idea to journal for a minimum of five or ten minutes each day. Use a stream of consciousness writing to gain insights about something you want more clarity about.
Here’s another effective exercise to increase your intuition. Sit in a comfortable position. Think of something you love to do or someplace that you love. Allow what you identified to settle into your heart. Imagine your heart is breathing now, instead of your lungs. Envision your heart has engulfed and is breathing through what you have placed in your heart. Focus your love on the thing or place in your heart for 3-5 minutes. Utilize your intuition to sense if there is insight about the nurtured thing or place in your heart.
Create Quiet Time Daily to Sense Your Intuitive Guidance
Your intuition is meant to guide you in making life easier and better. Find some quiet time throughout your day to listen to that subtle inner voice of wisdom. If you don’t get quiet, you won’t be able to hear it above your mind’s chatter. The more you practice using your intuition, the stronger your intuition will become. As you use and strengthen the “intuitive muscle,” you’ll gain more confidence and trust in your ability to sense it.

Goodmorning:
I had sessions with clients in person for the first time at my friends party,
it was wonderful. When I tried this remotely on the phone, it wasn’t as
easy. And since I’d like to do remote the most, I’m not sure how I can
bring it in much’ more clearer, while talking to a client. Can I ‘tune in’
to a particular benevolent being to guide me?
The situation in D.C., feels like a huge event to me. Is there any way
that my guides can keep me constantly calm anytime and anywhere,
while I feel all the people and energies? Being calm and extremely
aware are so important to me, and when I’m around people, I’d
like to be able to freeze the moment in my head to relax.
Is the Universal Pulse of light about to happen? I’m grateful for your
assistance! It feels like it supposed to happen now, and then it doesn’t.
Also, I’m having such a tough time with my dad and mom and their money
issues being more important than us kids. I keep getting my feelings hurt,
every time I try for acceptance, and then I run down to their house to visit
or do a favor for them. ughhh… love and light to you and your guides kathy
